Poster Rules

 

Conference Poster Display Details


Poster Display Subcommittee Co-Chairs:  Jennifer Davidson davidson.jennifer1@mayo.edu and Louis Litsas llitsas@mednet.ucla.edu 

  • Abstract Submission Deadline:  the annual deadline is August 15.  Abstracts should be submitted to the Poster Display Subcommittee Co-Chairs listed above and/or the AAPA Central Office
  • Standard Poster Size:  3' x 4'.
  • Poster Limit:  one poster per person per day.  Up to ten (10) per conference will be accepted (excluding student members enrolled in the Conference Student Program). 
  • Acceptance Criteria:  content, professional presentation of the abstract, originality and timeliness of poster submission.  Presenters must be physically present during their poster session presentation time. 
  • Honorarium:  $100 will be awarded per poster, maximum of ten (10) per conference.  (Student presenters are not eligible for the honorarium.) 
  • CMP:  poster presentations do qualify for CMP credits.
