Conference Poster Display Details

- Abstract Submission Deadline: the annual deadline is August 15. Abstracts should be submitted to the Poster Display Subcommittee Co-Chairs listed above and/or the AAPA Central Office.
- Standard Poster Size: 3' x 4'.
- Poster Limit: one poster per person per day. Up to ten (10) per conference will be accepted (excluding student members enrolled in the Conference Student Program).
- Acceptance Criteria: content, professional presentation of the abstract, originality and timeliness of poster submission. Presenters must be physically present during their poster session presentation time.
- Honorarium: $100 will be awarded per poster, maximum of ten (10) per conference. (Student presenters are not eligible for the honorarium.)
- CMP: poster presentations do qualify for CMP credits.
